We are seeking an experienced, talented and creative individual with a passion for content. A positive communicator who can procure strong and engaging content for our digital and offline channels. Reporting to the Head of Brand Strategy & Communications, this is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisation skills and a strong creative flair.

As digital content executive, you will be adaptable to various writing styles and audiences – from writing social media or email copy to opinion articles for media placements. You must have the drive to achieve multiple objectives across brand consideration, web traffic, SEO and engagement metrics.

Experience in content production is crucial– proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects etc. You may already be a social media manager or a graphic designer in a traditional agency bursting with ideas?


  • This role will be primarily focused on content creation, delivering creative work on a variety of briefs across various mediums, including display advertising, email, public relations, content marketing, social media, websites and more

  • Deliver creative images and video content which is innovative, timely and customer-centric to be formatted across multiple channels, particularly Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook and Twitter using Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Creating and updating the RUSK & RUSK graphics catalogue for each venue

  • Visiting venues and delivering on each tailored marketing plan for existing and new campaigns that require additional assets

  • SEO optimisation to improve keyword ranking and quality score

  • Use Google Analytics to understand how our content is having an impact

  • Social media marketing (producing, scheduling and analysing performance across multiple channels)

  • Blog content creation and planning

  • CMS platforms including Squarespace and MailChimp


  • Creative, passionate, driven, humble and full of wonder

  • Unparalleled ability to create and think out of the box

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop & After Effects) 

  • Working and editing a wide range of media, including photography, illustration, animation and video footage

  • Strong video editing and animation skills

  • Ability to respond well under pressure in a dynamic environment, with a hands-on approach and ‘can do’ attitude.

  • Creation of point of sales materials, packaging, adverts and all online content such as websites and social media

  • A ‘will do’ attitude. We are a small growing team, so we expect everyone to support each other

  • The ability to analyse data and use it to better inform and optimise the marketing strategies

  • A proactive nature, don’t assume and always make sure

  • A background in advertising, design, marketing, journalism, TV, entertainment or creative services would be a bonus, but hey we’re open to having a conversation.

  • Effective team management capabilities, being able to use Trello would be a bonus.


  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design - Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience in Marketing and Educated in Graphic Design to college or university level

  • You should be well versed in copy writing and social media management

  • Computer literacy is essential, particularly in the use of Word/Pages, Excel/Numbers
