On the 20th of May 2018, RUSK & RUSK attended The Scottish Food Awards at the grand King’s Hall in Edinburgh. The awards ceremony celebrated many individuals from within the hospitality sector, from business owners to chefs of the year.
Arriving to a beautiful champagne reception, RUSK & RUSK were excited to attend such a prestigious event. The night proceeded with a stunning 3 course meal to please guests and nominees as anticipation built before the announcement of the awards. RUSK & RUSK were nominated for two awards and were thrilled to walk away with both.
Honoured to receive one of the top awards of the evening, James and Louise Rusk received the prestigious award of ‘Restauranteurs of the Year 2018’. In addition to this, our group development chef John Molloy was delighted to receive the ‘Development Chef of the Year 2018’, another huge achievement.
Celebrations continued into the night for RUSK & RUSK HQ, ecstatic to be part of such a successful night!
