A Tuscan Takeover: Louise Rusk to host Scottish Mothers Collective’s Instagram Live From Italy

If there’s one thing we love to champion at Rusk & Rusk, it’s sourcing the highest quality products for our restaurants. That’s why this week, group co-founders, James and Louise Rusk are travelling to Tuscany, Italy, with their expert wine suppliers Bibendum-Wine to explore the regions famed vineyards in search of world class additions for the groups wine lists.
Describing the trip, Louise Rusk tell us that "this is an opportunity to build new relationships with both burgeoning and established producers, as well as increase our knowledge of such an important region for food & wine".
The trip will include visits to the likes of Fressinello in Giuncarico Scalo, Castello Banfi (also known as the Castle of Poggio alle Mura) and Castellare di Castellina. Each location will offer the highest quality wines for them to taste for themselves, as well as some insight into the history of the landscapes that the vines are grown on.
